Estoy muy agradecida con Celebrate Rentals. Organicé una celebración de cumpleaños número 50 para mi madre, y otra empresa de alquiler de carpas no me entregó una carpa como prometieron. Nos quedamos luchando el día del evento para encontrar una empresa que tuviera una carpa disponible para usar esa noche, especialmente porque estaba lloviendo ese día. I hosted a 50th birthday celebration for my mother, and another tent rental company did not delivery me a tent as promised. We were left scrambling the day of the event to find a company that had a tent available for us to use for the evening, especially because it was raining that day. Celebrate Rentals had tents available for us and was able to deliver it to us within an hour!! They set the tent up, and took it down the next morning! El servicio de Juliana fue excelente. Esperé hasta el día antes de mi evento para empezar a buscar una carpa, mesa y sillas. Todos los que aparecieron en Google estaban agotados. Ya estaba derrotada hasta que algo me dijo que revisara el Mercado de Facebook. Le envié un mensaje a Juliana y respondió en menos de 5 minutos. Tenía todo lo que necesitaba y el precio era perfecto para mi presupuesto. Fue tan último momento que estaba muy agradecida con ellos. Al día siguiente entregaron a tiempo y se mantuvieron en comunicación sobre todo durante el proceso. Se encargaron de la instalación y desmontaje, lo cual fue maravilloso porque nos habría tomado horas intentar armar la carpa correctamente. Llovió mucho y hubo tormenta, pero la carpa resistió fuerte. No se movió ni nada. Me mantuvo a mí y a mis invitados secos. I waited until the day before my event to start looking for a tent, table, and chairs. Everyone that came up on Google was sold out. I was defeated until something told me to check FB market. I messaged Juliana and she responded within 5 mins. She had everything I needed and the price was perfect for my budget! It was so last minute that I was so appreciative for them. They delivered on time the next day and stayed in communication about everything through the process. They handled the set up and breakdown which was wonderful because it would’ve taken us hours to try to set the tent up correctly. It rained really hard and stormed and the tent held strong.
