I have used them for years to rent everything from tables and table clothes to equipment and balloons!! They are my go to for everything event and party related! The ownership is wonderful, the service is always outstanding and the entire team is fabulous to work with from planning to clean up!!! Thank you TBK Equipment Rental and Sales!!

Extremely disappointing experience. Long story, but they tried charging us $100.00 more than quoted also $100.00 more than the other companies in town, the battery was dead and had to run jumper cables to the trailer to use it, (till I could charge the battery overnight) had a flat tire, the fuse wasn't making good connection on the trailer and so loose it fell out of the fuse holder. They blamed my truck for not charging the battery, when it's only supposed to maintain the battery, and it was putting out 13.6 v proving it was (almost) dead when I picked it up. So, I was forced to use my tools to work on their trailer, my battery charger to charge their trailer, my air pump to air up their tire, my tools to tighten up their terminals, my equipment to test the wiring on their trailer to have them blame my truck.... not even a "im sorry" TBK you should be testing 5 things every time a piece of equipment goes out, 1- lights 2- tires (condition and air pressure) 3- charge the battery 4- hydraulic fluid level 5- finally if it actually works. If for some reason you think you did this, you need some additional training... and BTW there was a person returning a mini excavator the same time and he (shockingly) had problems with what he rented as well.

We used TBK for our wedding table cloths rentals. They were easy to use and were flexible when we needed less table cloths then what was initially agreed upon. The prices were fair and return easy. They came freshly pressed and hung. We used plain white table cloths. I would recommend this business.

Best place to rent in Cheyenne! I own a landscaping company, the equipment is well maintained and works well and the customer service is exceptional! Plus the employees and management are great as well! A+++

BEWARE! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!! I rented a Kubota and traveled 30 minutes home to use it. On start up it was leaking oil on my driveway. I brought it back to exchange it which was another 30 minute drive time. They didn't have a similar machine so I rented a smaller walk behind model. I returned that after the 2 hours I was needing it. They charged me for the defective Kubota and the time I had to bring it back. I can't possibly understand how they can charge for defective equipment and charge again for the smaller unit. I will never do business with this company again. Please don't be thier NEXT SUCKER!!!
