We definitely appreciate the manager getting in touch with us and refunding us some of our rental, however, the money wasnt really the issue at hand. When we noticed the payment and invoice were two different numbers, someone should've been able to help us rectify the issue. We called on two separate occasions and we were treated like we were a huge inconvenience for seeing something wrong with our bill. Im glad they made things right with us, hopefully we dont run into any issues moving forward. We rented a hole auger from them and everything went well, however we needed it for another day. The total for a one day came to $182.07. When we went to drop it off and pay for another day the total went to $400.12 which more than doubled the one day. When we looked at the invoice we noticed that it says the total bill should be $364.14 (double the one day). We called twice and the guy was not able to resolve the issue. I will provide pictures as proof, not sure why they charged us more than the invoice. On another occasion they rented us a broken 35ft towable telehandler.
