She also crafted some amazing specialty cocktails that were a huge hit with our guests. And she didn’t forget about the kids either—she went out of her way to make Shirley Temples for them, which made them feel just as included in the celebration. She brought chafing dishes, 5 servers, and ran the floor herself. Everything was set up and ready by the time guests arrived. Her team was easy to work with and knew what they were doing. I got to sit with my family and actually be at the event. That was the whole reason I hired someone. Found out after that she travels through the Southeast. When our catering company arrived late, their team immediately stepped in to help keep things running smoothly without adding any stress to us. They truly saved the moment and handled everything with such grace. On top of that, they took photos, helped wherever they were needed, and even held my veil right before I walked down the aisle, which is something I will never forget. Their willingness to help, calm demeanor, and genuine care made such a difference on one of the most important days of our lives.
