What I appreciate most about this company is their responsiveness. Susan is exceptionally timely with her responses to emails and phone calls which made planning a lot easier. While speaking with Susan and Tony, they were very professional and always had my family's best interests in mind. I respect that they were honest and never tried to push us to rent more equipment/services than we needed. Another thing I appreciate about Assured AV is their flexibility. We made tons of adjustments to our plans, and Susan and Tony were very adaptive to the constant changes. Monty picked up the phone right away and was immediately helpful and very knowledgable. Some parts of our list were vague and Monty knew exactly what the musician would have wanted. The day of the actual event, Monty was there early and ready to get set up. He spent time on the phone with our artist going over some last minute details like which mix he wanted to hear through his monitor. The event was perfect. We had fans cheering and singing along and the sound system was perfect for the size of the venue we were in. When all was said and done, Monty cleaned up the gear and received compliments from our hosts and the musicians. I picked them up Friday mid-day from Tony and Keith, both very helpful. On that same Friday night, just before 8pm, I found out that the LCD projector we had planned to borrow was no longer available. That projector was key to our event, as we planned to show a video and also play a powerpoint file of photos. After praying and asking God to provide a projector for us, I checked Assured Audio's website and it indicated they had projectors. Some other website indicated they were open on Saturday (turns out they're not open on Saturday, but do help out on Saturday in emergencies), so I planned to show up at their office the next morning, hoping to rent a projector just hours before our 11:30am event. Also, just before 9pm that Friday night, I also decided to send an email to Assured Audio, just in case someone might happen to look at their email (on a Friday night ... who does that?). Less than a half hour later, Susan emailed and texted me to see if she could help. By 9:30pm that night, she had reserved a projector for me, and arranged for Keith to meet me at their office at 10am the next morning to hand off the projector. I met Keith at 10am Saturday morning; he demonstrated and explained the projector to me, made sure I had the cables I needed, and by 10:45am I was setting up the projector at our event.
