After over twenty emails with Amita, the sister of the owner, over a three week period, this company was unable to provide me with samples I requested or spec sheets on their product despite being told I would. Their response times are horrific. Amita's attitude and complete lack of interest in new business have turned me away from this company. Being completely ignored, being made false promises, and given attitude for pursing the information I needed is not good for business. Do not use this company if you promise your customers, or if you yourself, want realistic turn around times, any responses via email or phone, or decent customer service. You will not find it here.
