Exelente servicio lo recomiendo

Viajo largas distancias para llegar a esta tienda. El servicio siempre es acogedor y el agua es la mejor que he encontrado en el Valle de San Fernando. El personal es muy conocedor y los precios son razonables. Aprecio la transparencia y claridad en los productos que venden en esta tienda. También me gusta cómo remodelaron toda la tienda ahora. Es un establecimiento muy limpio y profesional que puedes venir a experimentar por ti mismo. ¡Sigan con el buen trabajo!I travel long ways to make it to this store. The service is always welcoming and the water is the best I’ve found in the San Fernando Valley. The staff is very knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. I can appreciate the transparency and clarity in the product sold at this store. I like how they remodeled the entire store now as well. Overly advertises the use of these machines but yet when you go in there, they does not allow you to purchase it. Again, I stand on business I have every right to sue them because of their fraudulent nature. I know good and well how to use these waters. I know that pH six and pH 2.5 are not for drinking it’s actually very clearly labeled and again advertised on their Google maps Storefront as well as just me in general knowing how to use these waters so again when I went in there a few weeks ago they gave me so much trouble about wanting to pay them for a service that they advertised but yet have the audacity to tell me that I’m wrong when I know that I am right. They falsely promote this machine, but then don’t let you use the machine to its full capabilities. Literally all over the store. There are signs for Kagan machine, water, and information on its benefits, use cases and just general best practices. Maybe they should look at their business practices instead of trying to provide terrible customer service.. how about you Embrace your mistakes and admit fault? He estado yendo a esta tienda de agua durante muchos años y siempre he tenido una gran experiencia con el personal, la forma en que llenan las botellas y la calidad del agua. Actualizado a 1 estrella porque el dueño me amenaza con acciones legales por mi reseña?? ¿En serio?? ¿De qué va todo esto? Tu máquina tiene una pegatina que dice 2022, quítala entonces si está actualizada. El agua aquí está bien, pero me gustaría que volvieran a aprobar la máquina de agua exterior, la pegatina dice 2022 y pone VOID, lo que da mala espina.Updated to 1 star because the owner is threatening me with legal action on my review?? Are you serious?? What are you on about? Your machine shows a sticker that says 2022 take the sticker off then if it’s up to date? La señora de este lugar nos dio agua ácida para beber. La probé con un medidor de pH porque nos estaba causando dolor de estómago y literalmente tiene un pH de 5.0, ¡y hemos estado bebiendo agua ácida por quién sabe cuánto tiempo porque llevamos un año yendo a este lugar! Nunca pensé que el agua fuera la causa de los problemas estomacales, pero después de analizarla, es una gran posible razón por la que tuvimos problemas gastrointestinales. Tomé una foto del gráfico del nivel de pH y del color que tomó el agua al probarla de este lugar. Fui a hablar con la señora del lugar y fue muy grosera. Nunca volveré aquí y por favor tengan cuidado y revisen su agua.The lady at this water place gave us acidic water to drink. I tested it with a ph tester because it was making our stomach hurt and it’s literally 5.0 ph and we’ve been drinking acidic water for who knows how long because we’ve been going to this place for a year! Never thought it was the water that was causing the stomach issues but after testing the water it’s a big possible reason why we had gastrointestinal problems. I took a pic of the ph lever graph and the color it turned when I tested the water from this place. I went to go talk to the lady at the place and she was very rude.
