La primera entrega fue oportuna, sin embargo nunca recibí otra entrega, ni siquiera después de llamar y que me prometieran en 3 ocasiones distintas que recogerían mis botellas vacías y me las reemplazarían con unas nuevas. Para colmo, cada vez me enviaban un mensaje de texto diciendo que habían entregado mis botellas y recogido las vacías. Tuve que esperar en espera cada vez alrededor de una hora para que atendieran mi queja y programaran otra entrega. Luego me cobraban por la entrega que nunca se realizó. Después de unas semanas, finalmente recogieron todo cuando cancelé el servicio. Todavía estoy esperando que se aplique el crédito a mi cuenta por todos los errores y cargos duplicados… Creo que un 1 es exagerar su servicio de entrega. Diré que las personas con las que hablé fueron muy amables y el agua que se entregó era excelente.Initial delivery was timely however I never received another delivery even after calling and being promised 3 different times that my empty bottles would be picked up and replaced with new ones. To make matters worse each time they would text me that they had delivered my bottles and picked up the empties. I had to wait on hold each time about an hour for them to take my complaint and set up another delivery. Then they would bill me for the delivery that never happened. After a few weeks they did finally pickup everything when I cancelled my service. Still waiting for the credit to be posted to my account for all the errors and duplicate charges…. Elegí ReadyRefresh por su oferta de productos. Compré un enfriador con ellos, pagué por el paquete "HydrationHero" y establecí un pedido recurrente. Mi primera entrega se hizo a tiempo, aunque no recibí el pedido completo (me faltaba un bidón de 5 galones de agua). Luego nunca recibí una entrega posterior. Supuse que el feriado del Día del Trabajo causó un retraso. Llamé para seguir el caso el 8 de septiembre y me dijeron que la entrega llegaría el 9 de septiembre. El 9 de septiembre no recibí la entrega. Llamé y me informaron que la entrega se haría el 10 de septiembre y que recogerían los envases vacíos. Debido a la incapacidad de ReadyRefresh para hacer una entrega oportuna, opté por cancelar el servicio. No me reembolsaron los $99 de la tarifa anual del "HydrationHero" y los envases vacíos aún no han sido recogidos como prometieron. Llamé hoy, 13 de septiembre, para preguntar por qué no han recogido los envases y me dijeron que la fecha más cercana sería "el próximo lunes" (20 de septiembre) porque no estarán en mi zona hasta entonces. Parece que nunca están en mi zona, por eso no pudieron entregarme el agua. Los envases vacíos han estado en mi entrada esperando a ser recogidos desde el 6 de septiembre de 2021. No entiendo por qué esta empresa no puede organizarse, pero estoy muy decepcionado con su falta de seguimiento. En un aspecto positivo, cuando logras contactar al servicio al cliente, intentan ser serviciales, pero parecen estar limitados porque dependen de las sucursales locales, en mi caso Vallejo.I chose ready refresh because of their product offerings. I bought a cooler from them, paid for the "HydrationHero" package, and established a recurring order. My first delivery was made on time, although I did not receive the full delivery (I was missing 1 5 gal water). Then I never received a subsequent delivery. I figured the Labor Day holiday caused a delay. I called to follow up on September 8 and was told my delivery would arrive on September 9. On September 9 I did not receive a delivery. I called and was told my delivery would be made September 10 and that my empties would be picked up. Based on the inability of ReadyRefresh to make a timely delivery, I opted to cancel the service. I was not refunded the $99 "HydrationHero" annual fee and the empty bottles still have not been picked up as promised. I called today, September 13 to ask why the empties have not been picked up and was told the earliest they can get them would be "next Monday" [September 20] because they won't be in my area until then. It seems to me they are never in my area, which is why I could not get them to deliver water! The empties have been sitting on my front step waiting to be picked up since September 6, 2021. Not sure why this company can't seem to get it together, but I am super disappointed in their lack of follow through. On a positive note - when you can get in touch with a customer service they try to be helpful, but their hands appear to be tied as they are at the mercy of the local branches, in my case Vallejo.Comentario traducidoVer original
