He estado aquí unas cuantas veces. Hoy mi esposo llevó agua a casa y sabía a agua del grifo clorada. Tuvimos que comprar jugo de limón para que supiera mejor. Esta fue mi primera vez allí en unos años. Antes de esto, el agua era excelente. En años pasados, el personal tenía una profesionalidad cuestionable. Prior to this, the water was great. In years past, staff had questionable professionalism. The staff is amazing and the water tastes incredible. I trust this location and it is nice to be able to see the entire filtration system. The shop is always clean and has everything you need in terms of supplies. All the associates were friendly and respectful, except today. She was a lady wearing a nose ring. After I made a mess, on try to rinse the bottle, I asked her, "Should I use something different to rinse the bottle?" She responded," I do not understand what you say?" She grabbed my bottle and showed me the right way to do it. So, I asked again, "Should I continue to rinse the rest of the bottles?" She responded, "You do whatever you want." I was baffled with her response/attitude. I asked her," Sorry, did I said something or did something that offended you?" And again, she said," I do not understand what you say." There were only 3 customers, including us, around 4:30pm. And I personally never troubled any of the associates for any assistance. So what is her problem? Owner, Please review the surveillance video if you can. But you are the lady who worked there today, I have nothing to say! **BTY, when I got home, a gallon of alkaline water was missing. Normalmente voy al de Sierra Highway y Soledad Canyon durante el horario de atención porque está más cerca de mí... Pero este es mi lugar después del horario de atención. Me encanta el agua alcalina que este tipo de tiendas dispensan en ambas ubicaciones. Entonces, ¿por qué conduzco los 15 minutos extra para ir después del horario a este lugar? But this is my after hours location. Love the alkaline water this brand of stores dispenses at both locations. So why do I drive the extra 15 minutes for after hours at this location? It has a cleaner store front and better vending machine that takes Google Pay on my phone. Feels safer to go to at night.
