Me gusta ir allí porque es conveniente y confío en el agua. Por otro lado, el señor mayor que trabaja allí la mayoría de las veces lo hace por las mañanas y hay un chico rubio de pelo rizado. Tienen la peor actitud casi siempre cuando voy por las tardes, hay otros chicos jóvenes que siempre les doy propina. Ellos tienen buena actitud, me dicen gracias y que tenga un buen día, pero ese señor mayor y ese otro chico de pelo rizado rubio ni siquiera me dicen gracias. Solo toman el dinero y se van. Y estoy muy, muy molesto. Acabo de ir a HEB y vi que ellos venden la garrafa de agua de 3 galones por $6.98. A mí me la vendieron por $20. ¡Nunca vayan con esta gente, son unos estafadores!I like going there because it’s convenient and I trust the water. On the other hand, the old man that works there most times he works there in the morning and there’s a curly hair blonde kid. They have the worst attitude ever most of the time when I go during the evening, there are other young kids there I always tip them. They have good attitudes and they say thank you and have a good day, but that old man and that other kid with the blonde curly hair they won’t even say thank you. They just take the money and walk off. And im very very upset. I just went to HEB and i saw what they were selling the 3 gallon water jug for 6.98. They sold me one for $20. Disfruto recibiendo agua allí. Sabe genial. Te llevan el agua hasta el coche. Es más como un servicio completo en la acera. El chico fue un poco agresivo al cargar las botellas de 5 galones en la camioneta, quizá estaba molesto porque le pedí que las pusieran en el asiento trasero y una de mis puertas no funcionaba, así que se entiende. Aunque siempre queremos manejar las cosas con amabilidad. Aparte de eso, me encanta el lugar.I enjoy getting water there. It taste great. They bring your water to your car. It’s more like a curbside full service. The boy was a little aggressive with loading the 5 gallon bottles in the truck, maybe he was annoyed that I requested them to go in the back seat and one of my doors was not working so understandable. Tengan en cuenta, SOLO EFECTIVO. Tardé menos de 5 minutos en rellenar cuatro botellas de 5 galones. Me estacioné, un empleado recogió mis botellas y las volvieron a cargar llenas en el maletero. Rápido y fácil, ¡gracias!Be aware, CASH ONLY. It took under 5 minutes to get four 5-gallon bottles refilled. No sé comprar agua aquí, pero mi hermana sí y yo estaba con ella. Los chicos que trabajan aquí son muy amables, pero el señor mayor que trabajaba aquí es muy, muy grosero cuando vio cuántas botellas teníamos que llevar porque tenemos una familia muy grande. Él dijo algo como "oh Dios" y lo hizo de una manera muy grosera después de abrir la puerta para sacar las jarras. Le doy un punto a este lugar porque cuando manejas un negocio no deberías ser tan grosero.I don't know buy water from here but my sister does and I was with her The boys who work here are really friendly but the old man that worked here is really really rude when he seen how many bottles we had to feel because we have a really large family he was like oh God and it was in a really rude way after he opened our door to get the jugs I give this place a one star when you run a business you are not supposed to be that rude.Comentario traducidoVer original

Este lugar es increíble y totalmente vale la pena el viaje. La gente es rápida y al 100% en su mejor momento. Van a tu vehículo, toman los bidones, los llenan y vuelven a tu vehículo para cargarlos por solo treinta centavos por galón. Los cinco centavos extra valen la ayuda. El único inconveniente que vi es que solo aceptan efectivo o cheque, pero no es gran cosa cuando son solo un par de dólares por el servicio!!!This place is awesome and totally worth the trip to it. The people are fast and 100% on top of their game. They come to your vehicle and take the jugs fill them and return to your vehicle with them and load them for you all for the thirty cents a gallon. The extra five cents is worth the help. Only down side I saw is they only take cash or check. Hemos estado consiguiendo nuestro agua aquí desde que era un niño. Su agua sabe mucho mejor que el agua del pequeño DIY cerca de nosotros que está en la esquina de Johnson y Knickerbocker (solo sabe como agua del grifo de San Angelo pasada por un filtro Brita un par de veces). Los precios en BYOB son razonables por el servicio proporcionado. Estoy dispuesto a pagar unos centavos más para que llenen 8 garrafones de 5 galones, 3-4 a la vez, y luego sean cargados y colocados en mi coche por otra persona. Servicio amable y rápido. Asegúrate de llevar efectivo o cheque, ya que no aceptan tarjetas.We have been getting our water here since I was a little kid. Their water tastes much better than the water from the little DIY near us that is on the corner of Johnson & Knickerbocker (it just tastes like San Angelo tap water run through a Brita filter a couple of times). The prices at BYOB are reasonable for the service provided. I'm willing to pay a few cents more to have 8 five gallon jugs filled 3-4 at a time and then lugged and loaded into my car by someone else.
