Siempre está bien, pero muchas veces una fuente de agua está rota o cuando todo funciona está muy concurrido. Suelo tener que esperar detrás de 3 a 4 autos y ellos suelen llenar garrafones de cinco galones y quieren usar ambos grifos de agua. No entiendo por qué la gente no puede compartir el agua si solo hay dos caños.It's always good but alot of times 1 water fountain is broken or whenever it's all working it's very busy, I usually have to wait behind 3 to 4 cars and they are usually filling five gallons bottles and they want to use both water stalls. Today however, I had to make a trip up there three times before they opened. Website and sign says 8am -6pm. I arrived at 8:10, allowing plenty of time for them to open. Three other people were there waiting for them to open. When I pulled up one guy even came up to me and asked if I worked there. Because they had been waiting. Needless to say after waiting another 15 minutes the waiting people left. I called the number on the site twice and was sent to voicemail. I left and returned after 9am. STILL not open. I called again. Finally got an answer. Gentlemen on the phone stated that they needed to find coverage and that it would be another 45 minutes. I left again. Returned after 10:30. Door still closed. Went up and knocked only to find the employee on the phone! Thought this was curb side service? SLOWLY and still on his call, he got my jugs and filled them. I said all of that to say this. Ya’ll need to do better. You lost three patrons early this morning. Almost lost a fourth. Have a contingency plan when life happens because it will happen. Acabo de volver de BYOB. Somos nuevos en Midland y mi esposa estaba realmente preocupada por la calidad del agua. I went through the Google reviews and all I saw was complains about pricing and the service. I was worried about that. There is not another place that my wife would have trusted more. Excellent, honest employees that care and at such an awesome price! As soon as I pulled up, Bryan walked out and tried to help us. We personally would stand next to them in what they offer and quality! I don't care about the price when it comes to my daughter. Best water store in Midland Texas!! Friendly, fast, courteous staff are available curbside as soon as your pull in without having to even get out of my car or lift a finger. Customer service is the an impeccable A++ ! Water from this store is the hands-down best quality I have found in the Permian Basin yet. I will not trade elsewhere again.

I tried using you guys and will not be using you all. The guy you have working first has a bad attitude. He’s probably scaring off many customers. Second I called over the phone and was offered one price for full service and one price for do it yourself. When I get to you new location(had a very hard time finding and way out of the way) your guy with a wonderful attitude told me I have to do full service at .45 a gallon.
