Absopure Water Company

Fantástico, servicio rápido y muy humano. Realmente aprecio la capacidad de Absopure para resolver un problema que tenía de manera rápida y exhaustiva, con múltiples puntos de contacto durante el proceso. Todas las personas con las que he interactuado, desde quienes responden los correos del servicio hasta la oficina principal y mi conductor, han sido cálidas y amables. Los errores pueden ocurrir en cualquier lugar, pero lo que me impresiona son los esfuerzos por corregirlos, y en ese aspecto, Absopure realmente destaca. I really appreciate Absopure's ability to address an issue I was having promptly and thoroughly, with multiple points of contact along the way. Every person I have interacted with, from the folks answering service emails to the head office to my actual driver, has been warm and kind. Mistakes happen anywhere, but what I am impressed by is the efforts made to correct them, and in that regard, Absopure genuinely stands out. El repartidor nunca deja las botellas de agua en la fecha programada, así que tengo 11 botellas que deben ser recogidas. Esta vez sí hubo una hora concreta y una llamada al repartidor para avisarle de cuándo llegaría. No estoy nada contento.The drivers never drop off water bottles on actual scheduled date so I have 11 bottles to be picked up. This time there was an actual time and a call to the driver of when he was coming. The person created an invoice after the driver left that 10 bottles were picked up and 5 bottles were dropped off. Actually 11 bottles were picked up and ZERO bottles were left but they surely charged me $54 for what I’m not sure. I have no water but charged my card for $54!?!?! Hoy debía recibir una entrega de agua (según el correo y el horario habitual). Normalmente, esta entrega se realiza por la mañana. No llegó. Me puse en contacto por correo (alrededor de la 1 pm) y hablé con Dawn. Ella me aseguró que trabajaría para obtener una actualización. I reached out via email (around 1pm) and spoke to Dawn. She assured me she would work to get an update..No delivery was made by 4pm, I reached back out and Dawn said she had not received an update but that I was still on the schedule. Emailed a 3rd time around 6pm, to ask when delivery was done for the day. I still do not have water and no one reached back out prior to the Absopure closing for the day/weekend. Los he utilizado durante más de 3 años para el agua en mi oficina y los repartidores son geniales, pero mi problema es que no mantengo dinero en mi cuenta de gastos, solo transfiero cuando es necesario y cuando no pueden procesar un pago, no llaman ni hacen que el repartidor recoja el pago, simplemente cancelan tus entregas y envían correo normal. Para cuando me doy cuenta y llamo, casi no nos queda agua y nos programan la entrega al menos una semana después, mientras tanto nos quedamos completamente sin nuestra única fuente de agua potable en la oficina. Cuando pido una entrega más pronto, siempre me dicen "verán qué pueden hacer", pero nunca lo hacen y me veo obligado a comprar agua embotellada para mi oficina. Mi consejo es que llamen o que sus repartidores acepten pagos en lugar de simplemente cancelar las entregas sin aviso o, como mínimo, sean más flexibles para que no nos quedemos sin agua. Así es como perdieron a un cliente que han tenido durante casi 4 años.I've used them for over 3 years now for water in my office and the delivery guys is great, but my problem is I don't keep money in my expense account, I just transfer over when needed and when they aren't able to process a payment they don't call, or have the delivery driver grab a payment, they just cancel your delivery's and send snail mail. By the time I realize it and call we are almost out of water and they schedule you out at least a week, meanwhile we are completely out of our only drinking water source in my office. When I ask to get a delivery sooner they always tell me "they will see what they can do", but they never do and I'm forced to go buy bottled water for my office. My advice is call or have your drivers accept payment instead of just cancelling your deliveries without notice or at the very minimum be more flexible so we don't run out of water. Son horribles de tratar, nadie hace su trabajo ni les importa.Delivery person is great, customer service and accounting department are unprofessional at best. We have had service for a few years and will no longer do business with them. They say we have a bill due which we have never seen, never received in mail, never been called upon or told about. I have called, been transferred back and forth, listened to them blame other departments, put on hold for long waits, and no one can help.
