They came a day early for pickup...I was definitely not prepared but luckily I happened to be home. They do not have an auto pay option. I was able to pay online once randomly but every other time have had to pay by phone. I'm hoping they have finally phased out BPA bottles?? Es bastante frustrante lidiar con ellos. No rastrean muy bien sus botellas de retorno. Siempre tienen gente diferente trabajando en el mostrador, quizá por eso parece que el seguimiento de las botellas no funciona bien. Me dijeron que el costo subió a $10 por botella para la entrega. They do not track there return bottles very well. They consistently have different people working the front desk maybe that's the reason tracking bottles seems off. They told me the cost went up to $10 per bottle for delivery.
