Not only were there prices very reasonable but the delivery was $3.50 for anywhere in north east Ohio. The Truck came today and the driver was very nice. He unloaded each bag of salt and put it wherever we wanted. We offered to help although he said there is no need, he could handle it. I am very surprised not only with the cost but the prompt delivery, and the amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this company for your winter needs, the salt delivery after ordered took a day. (They were cheaper by $200 than any local hardware and had the fastest delivery time even though they were further away.) anyone I know ordering bulk bags of salt, I will Reccomended to try this company. They throw you on hold immediately without asking if you can hold which is rude. They leave you on hold for long periods of time, and often don't even answer the phone. They increase prices often, and their online/payment portal is antiquated. Overall, the lack of good customer service is why I will cancel my water subscription. To me, water service is a luxury. When I take the empty bottles back and ask for my $16.00 deposit they tell me they don't give back cash they have to send you a refund check in the mail and they only send refund checks out once a month and I just missed this month's mailing, so it'll be another month before I get reimbursed. Jeff Miller who delivers our water every month is the best! He's very fast and effecient to swap out the bottles.
