Primo Water Refill & Exchange

Me encanta el dispensador y el agua que dispensa, pero el sistema de entrega es horrible. Pedí 2 y me llegaron 4. No recogen los vacíos ni entregan en la puerta. Les doy dos semanas más y si no se soluciona, me voy a otro lado. Recibí una llamada en un par de días (Michael) de Primo y están solucionando la situación. Fue muy amable y escuchó mi problema. Les mantendré informados. ¡Me encanta este dispensador!I love the dispenser and getting water but the delivery system is horrible. I order 2 I get 4. They don't take the empty ones and they don't deliver to your door. I give them 2 more weeks and going somewhere else if it doesn't get straightened out. I received a call within a couple of days (michael) from primo and they are fixing the situation. He was super nice and listened to my problem. I will keep you posted.
