El servicio es horrible !! El peor de todos … ¿por qué tener estrés por el agua, verdad??? Esta compañía es perfecta para eso !! Traen packs de agua que no pedí y productos de limpieza en mi factura que no recibí. He llamado múltiples veces y estos empleados actúan como si no supieran nada para ayudar al cliente. Voy a llamar al servicio al cliente y presentar una reclamación contra esta compañía.The service is horrible !! The worst ever … why to have stress about water Right??? This company it’s perfect for that !! They bring water packs I didn’t request and cleaning products on my bill that I didn’t get it. I was calling multiple times and these workers play as they don’t know anything to help the costumer. Es la peor empresa de entrega de agua que he experimentado. Programaron una entrega para mí y luego simplemente no se presentaron y reprogramaron sin avisarme. Cancelé mi suscripción y llevo más de dos semanas esperando a que recojan las botellas vacías y el enfriador. Me mintieron diciendo que habían ido y que no había nada fuera para recoger, cuando les dije que revisaran porque tengo una cámara con timbre y nunca fueron a mi apartamento. ¡Hablan de que tengo que sacarlo afuera para que lo recojan! ¡HOLA, VIVO EN UN EDIFICIO DE DEPARTAMENTOS!, ¿cómo voy a dejar el enfriador y las botellas en la calle? ¡Mentira tras mentira es lo que es esta compañía y ¡NO LA RECOMIENDO!Its the worse water delivery company i have ever experienced. They scheduled a delivery for you then they just dont show up and reschedule without letting you know. I cancel my subscription and im waiting for them to pick up the empty bottles and the cooler more than 2 weeks now. They lied to me saying they went and there was nothing outside for pickup, when i told them to check because i have a ring bell camera and they never went to my apartment unit. Talking about i have to put it outside for them to pickup HELLO I LIVE IN A BUILDING UNITS, how im supposed to leave the cooler and bottles out in the street. No recomiendo esta empresa en absoluto. El servicio al cliente es horrible. Esperan que instales y hagas las cosas tú mismo después de pagar por los servicios. Ojalá pudiera calificar a esta compañía con menos 1000 estrellas. Mi última entrega fue en abril. Me dijeron que la compañía ya no tenía botellas de vidrio, pero ten en cuenta que tengo 6 vacías alineadas fuera de mi puerta. No me informaron sobre la supuesta escasez de botellas de vidrio al principio. Hablé con 3 representantes en una semana y fue el tercero quien me habló sobre la escasez. Me informaron a principios de este mes de que las botellas de vidrio ya estaban de vuelta en stock. Debía recibir una entrega el 19 y nunca llegó. Debía recibir otra entrega hoy, el 29, y adivina qué, ¡acertaste!, nunca llegaron. Recibí un correo electrónico y un mensaje de texto confirmando la entrega. My last delivery was in April. I was told the company did not have anymore glass bottles but mind you I have 6 empty ones lined up outside my door. I was not told about the supposedly glass bottle shortage at first. I spoke to 3 reps within a week and it was the third rep to tell me about the shortage. I was informed earlier this month that the glass bottles are back in stock. I was suppose to get a delivery on the 19 and it never came. I was suppose to get another delivery today, the 29th, and guess what, you guessed it, they never came. I received an email and text message confirming the delivery. I only spoke to a customer service rep who assured me that my water and new dispenser was on the truck. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Listo para cancelar este servicio de entrega. Siempre entregan el agua equivocada, después de que yo sigo pidiendo el agua que quiero, me dan el pedido que ellos quieren dar.
