Sierra Springs Water

Mejor ve con The Water Machine (de Hawái) o con Alive Water. Pasé mucho tiempo llamando a Sierra Spring por problemas con el equipo que no funcionaba. Programaban una fecha para recogerlo y no aparecían. Yo llamaba y decían que nos habían cambiado para el siguiente día hábil. Luego, al siguiente día hábil, tampoco aparecían. Volvía a llamar y decían que ahora nos habían pospuesto una semana. Después, aparecían en otra fecha distinta. No habían llamado ni enviado un correo para avisarnos, y el ciclo comenzaba de nuevo. No me gustó lo voluminoso y plástico del dispensador. Y las botellas de vidrio costaban $40 por botella... pagas por adelantado y luego te reembolsan al mes siguiente cuando devuelves las botellas... así que es caro. (Esto sin contar el agua... 3 garrafas de vidrio, $120.) El agua buena es nutritiva. I spent a lot of time calling Sierra Spring due to equipment that didn't work. They would schedule a date for pick up and not show up. I would call and they would say they changed us to the next business day. Then the next business day, they wouldn't show up again. I would call again and they would say they now pushed us back a week. Then they would show up on a different date. They hadn't called or emailed to tell us and the cycle would begin again. I didn't like how bulky and plastic the dispenser was. And the glass bottles cost $40 per bottle ... you pay upfront and then get refunded the next month when you return the bottles... so it is expensive. El peor servicio. I just started brand new service but no one cares to show up or even call. I was promised that they would be here last Monday and recieved a no call no show. I had to call them. They promised they would be here a week later and I waited around all day. Guess what, no call no show. I called at noon and was promised that they would show and yet they never did. They had my address correct which means one thing, they simply don't care. I have since canceled my order with them and I'm going elsewhere.
